WCC prepared heritage study report of Mt Victoria
Project instigated by the WCC to examine the historic heritage values of Mt Victoria, in particular its stock of predominantly Victorian and Edwardian housing. Published in June 2017.
Conclusions included that “Mt Victoria is significant as a reasonably intact, large area characteristic of the early development of Wellington’s residential areas.”.
